1) Only dog/cat are allowed; 2) Max # of pets is 2; 3) Pet weight may not exceed 50lbs; 4) The breed of dogs must be approved. 5) Must put your dog(s) on a leash and clean up after, otherwise a $150 lease violation fee for each incident. 6) Picture of each dog must be provided to Leasing team
